Your product is creating a burn on my skin
I used your moisturizer for many years, but recently it's creating a burn feeling on my skin - I think you changed your formulas. I always buy your product in bulk so I don't have to frequent the store and currently I have three of them all causing problems on my skin, not only burn feeling but also hurt my eyes if the moisturizer accidentally got into my eyes. Please offer a remedy as I don't want to lose money on all three of them. I don't keep store receipts any more as too many to keep but to prove the purchase, you can send me prepaid boxes and I will send products back to you.
